BENJAMIN MOORE INTERIOR AURA :
Aura is part of an innovative colorant system integrating the best technologies to deliver superior durability for any color, along with the promise of long-lasting beauty. In addition to using 100% acrylic latex, proprietary resins have been incorporated to give this interior paint its extraordinary performance properties. Low odor and low VOC. Available in Matte, Eggshell, Satin and Semi-gloss. It is self priming and by using the new Gennex colorant system, Aura has extreme hide, never more than two coats in any color. It provides a mildew resistant coating and stains wash off easily. Aura is formulated to allow for easy touch-up. This product has been certified under the GREENGUARD Standard for Low Emitting Products and the GREENGUARD for Children & SchoolsSM product certification programs.

BENJAMIN MOORE EXTERIOR AURA :
A super premium quality, 100% acrylic exterior semi-gloss latex finish. This product combines the advantages of our latest resin technology and our proprietary GENNEX® colorant system to provide the ultimate exterior coating which gives it extreme hide, especially in dark colors. This high solids formula is suitable for a variety of exterior surfaces and can be applied as low as 40° F. It is easy to apply with a brush, roller or spray. Aura Exterior is resistant to fading, cracking, peeling, blistering, dirt pick-up, alkali and fumes. It has superior adhesion and excellent resistance to chalking along with a providing a mildew resistant coating. Available in Flat, Low Lustre, and Semi-gloss.

Natura Interior Waterborne is a premium-quality, zero-VOC paint that provides a durable, washable and fade-resistant finish. Natura Interior Waterborne is ideally suited for residential applications. Unlike conventional zero-VOC paints, Natura remains zero-VOC even after tinting, which means it remains virtually odorless regardless of color. Available in Flat, Eggshell and Semi-gloss.

An acrylic blended latex coating designed for application to a wide variety of interior surfaces. Ben produces a uniform finish with excellent hiding. Easy application and clean up. UGL Professional Strength Water-Based D-Gloss Liquid Sander & Cleaner prepares surfaces for recoating. Removes surface contaminants and provides a slight "etching" of the surface allowing subsequent coatings to bond. Dulls paint, enamel, varnish and polyurethane. For interior or exterior surfaces. Environmentally friendly, nonflammable, non-caustic, and virtually odor free. Available in a 32oz spray.

UGL BRUSH CLEANER :
UGL Professional Strength Water-Based Brush Cleaner is ideal for removal of paint, polyurethane, varnish and shellac from natural and synthetic paint brushes, roller covers, trays and equipment. Environmentally friendly, nonflammable, non-caustic, and virtually odor free. Cleans up with water. Available in quarts and half gallons.

UGL Professional Strength FASTRIP Paint and Varnish Remover. This environmentally friendly, nonflammable stripper is ideal for the removal of all types of paints, polyurethanes and marine grade finishes. Dumond Chemicals 3301 Smart Strip Aerosol Paint Remover

Dumond Smart Strip :
Smart Strip™ is a revolutionary paint remover that is safe for the user, the substrate and the environment. The Smart Strip™ Paint Removal System is a 100% biodegradable, water-based paint stripper that is extremely effective for removing multiple layers of architectural and industrial coatings from virtually all interior/exterior surfaces - wood, brick, metal, concrete, stone, plaster, fiberglass, etc. Smart Strip™ does not contain methylene chloride, any caustics, or toxic chemicals. It is odor free and safe for the environment. Smart Strip™ paint stripper is exceptional for the safe removal of lead based paint and is excellent for intricate, carved or molded surfaces. It is also outstanding for removing marine paints without damaging the gel coat. ZAR ULTRA MAX WOOD STAIN :
ZAR ULTRA MAX OIL MODIFIED WOOD STAIN interior formula applies easily and penetrates evenly for rich, uniform color. Ideal for furniture, hardwood floors, woodwork and wood, metal or fiberglass doors. Core/Shell Technology provides the deep tones of an oil-based stain with the low odor, fast drying and easy clean-up of a water-based stain. FLOORING

LINOLEUM :
Linoleum is made from all natural materials. As long as the sun shines and the rain falls, Linoleum can be produced. The natural raw materials used to create Linoleum are available in abundance. They include : linseed oil, rosin, wood flour, cork flour, limestone, pigments and jute. These raw materials are harvested or extracted with relatively little energy consumption. The main energy resource for the process is the sun. The plants and trees that supply linoleum’s raw materials also contribute to the production of oxygen and the subsequent reduction of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, thus reducing the amount xof greenhouse gasses present in the atmosphere. Linoleum floors generally last from 25 to 40 years, after which they can be easily recycled.

DURO-DESIGN CORK :
Duro-Design cork is a sustainable, natural material that creates beauty and offers limitless possibilities to forward-thinking architects and interior designers with a creative and innovative eye. Duro-Design’s advanced coating technology gives cork a highly resistant and long lasting protective shield delivering performance qualities equal or superior to hardwood, necessary for high traffic environments. The density of Duro-Design is cork is at least 500kg/m3, which gives it exceptional indentation recovery from high heels and the weight of heavy objects. Specially engineered for the resilience and buoyancy of cork, Duro-Design four-coat, on-site MP765 two-component, water-base urethane is the ultimate finishing system. The water-base urethane is fast drying and almost negligible of VOC contents. It is available in 54 colors.

MOHAWK SMARTSTRAND WITH DUPONT SORONA CARPET:
SmartStrand with DuPont Sorona renewably sourced polymer is made, in part, with naturally occurring sugars from readily available and renewable crops. Sorona’s key fiber ingredient is Bio-PDO, produced from corn sugar. By utilizing this central ingredient, 37% of Sorona can be made from renewable resources instead of the more limited petrochemical-based ingredients that are used in most other carpets. And production of Sorona, when compared to production of an equal amount of nylon 6, uses 30% less energy and reduced CO2 emissions 63%. So every 7 yards of SmartStrand with DuPont Sorona used in a home saves enough energy and resources to equal one gallon of gasoline – a total savings of up to 10 million gallons – all without sacrificing performance. Given the rising demand for eco-friendly products, SmartStrand is the ideal carpet for today’s consumers.

WOOLS OF NEW ZEALAND CARPET :
Making a commitment to environmentalism means more than recycling carpet. It involves finding the most effective and least wasteful methods of making products from the start. Wools of New Zealand represent the world’s largest exporter of wool for carpets. They take their position of environmental responsibility seriously. To fill their commitments, they work aggressively to improve indoor air quality, reduce landfill waste, minimize water usage and conserve energy. The wool shorn from sheep is completely natural. It is composed entirely of amino acids, the building blocks of life. Wool is sustainable, renewable and biodegradable. It is produced from a totally renewable resource – grass – and is thus environmentally sound. Sheep can be shorn every nine to twelve months. In soil, wool readily biodegrades to produce nitrogen, sulfur, carbon dioxide and water, which are all plant nutrients. No internationally banned pesticides are used for animal welfare and protection, making the New Zealand sheep industry one the world’s greenest animal production systems.
